Hero Realty plans 17.3-acre Hero Homes DMIC project in Greater Noida

Hero Realty has announced plans for Hero Homes DMIC, a residential development spread over 17.3 acres in the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Reports published on July 20, 2026 described the project as a planned premium residential development, with the company expecting it to contribute about ₹5,400 crore to its revenue.

The project carries development potential of approximately 6 million sq ft. Hero Realty chief executive Rohit Kishore said the plan reflects the company's conviction in the opportunity offered by the DMIC township. It is also the company's second project in Greater Noida, following its earlier land acquisition at Sector MU.

Scale and key facts of the planned development

The site covers 17.3 acres, and the 6 million sq ft figure represents the development potential of the land rather than a finalised saleable area. The project is being developed under the Hero Homes residential brand, which is the company's home-building arm.

Nearby transport anchors include the Boraki transit hub and the Dadri logistics hub.

The township is within reach of three airports: IGI Airport in Delhi, Jewar Airport and Hindon Airport. Its position within the wider Dadri–Noida–Ghaziabad Investment Region, which is part of the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor, adds to its strategic profile. The investment region is under development and includes a freight village and multimodal transport hub at Dadri, along with a multimodal transport hub at Boraki. It also sits within 50 km of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor alignment.

According to the industrial township authority's update from August 2025, four companies were operational in the township and one more was under construction, giving the area a growing commercial base alongside the planned residential activity.
