Hero Realty has opened the pre-launch phase of Hero Homes Sector 99 Phase 3, a residential project in Sector 99, Mohali. The project sits on an 8.71-acre parcel that the developer's entity Vikas Parks Pvt. Ltd. acquired through a Greater Mohali Area Development Authority auction in September 2025, for a reported sum of ₹262.75 crore.
The Hero Homes name carries the developer's residential brand into one of Punjab's fastest-developing planned sectors. Hero Realty's chief executive, Rohit Kishore, said at the time of the acquisition that Mohali holds strategic importance for the company and that it was exploring collaborations to widen its presence in northern India.
